Dear Ones:
Three years ago Elizabeth and I started a group called “BBTR” an acronym for Busy Bodies (Elizabeth’s massage business) and Tapestry (Marsha’s personal strategy/life enrichment business name) and Retreat. The retreat part was due to the fact that our intention was to establish a place for women to go as a monthly haven of rest, a place to share dreams and explore the world around us by stepping outside the boxes we had all lived within. Mt. Zion Church in Cornelius allowed us to use their ‘Parlor’ and the rest as ‘they’ say is history! A wonderful and brilliant group of women came to be.
In the second year the name was changed to “Choices! Your Go To Source of Enlightenment!” We continued to grow, and expand our horizons which included finding a home of our own called The Nook. “Choices!” began to attract a new and diversified audience!
In order to continue to remain a viable source of learning “Choices!” is once again evolving. It is with great joy that we come to you to announce that “Choices!” is now a MeetUp Group.
